In the navigation of your account, click on your description top right and then on “ADMINISTER MY ACCOUNT”.
To change the existing holder entries or the billing address, overwrite the corresponding data. On the bottom right, click on “save“.
How can I view and alter the registered billing address?
If you’d like to add an alternative billing contact, click on “change” next to the billing address and fill in the additional fields. By clicking on save, you can memorise the change.
If there is already an open invoice, please contact us. We will send you an updated invoice.
How can I receive a corrected bill?
After an address change of the billing address, a new bill is automatically mailed. If you do not receive it in the following hours, please contact our customer service.
