You can change your contact details and the language of correspondence in your user account. Click on your name on the right side after the login and choose “administer my account”. On the next page you can fill in the new information and register the modification by clicking on “save”.
The company’s or individual’s name linked to a User-ID cannot be changed by the client. If the name of your company or your name has changed, send a request in written form to Swizzonic. In addition to the letter, a copy of the current certificate of registration is required for a company’s name change. This certificate has to show the name change.
If the name change is due to marriage or divorce, please send us a copy of your marriage certificate or the confirmation of the official name change. As soon as Swizzonic customer service receives the above-mentioned documents, the change will be enecuted without any charge.
