Our Exchange Product HEX and HEX-LIGHT

You can create mailboxes, change your password and change other settings (like an alias or redirections) in your Swizzonic user account.
Just log in and go to the corresponding menu item. All other information can be found below:

HEX / HEX-LIGHT

To correctly install HEX (or HEX-LIGHT) you will need the following entries:

With the auto-install function you will only have to enter your email address and corresponding password – the rest will be configured automatically. Should the installation fail, you can use the following settings: The same settings go for your HEXlight account

  • Incoming and outgoing server: owa.liveapp.ch
  • Connection via TLS or STARTTLS and the ports
    • for the incoming server: 993
    • for the outgoing server: 587

 

You can access your mailbox via the Hosted Exchange platform from any computer using the following addresses:


SPAM-Admin

With the SPAM-Admin function, we offer you an “independent” way of administering your mail filters.
This function will enable you to administer the following settings on a DOMAIN or mailbox level. If you don’t make any modifications, we will implement our own settings.

The SPAM-Admin function offers the following settings:

  • virus scanner
  • blocking dangerous attachments
  • spam filter
  • black-, grey- and whitelisting
  • SPF test

Click onto the following link and login with

  • your DOMAIN-Admin account to administer on a DOMAIN level
  • your mailbox account to modify the settings for your mailbox
