If you are uncertain, whether this has already happened, change your password just to be sure: Log in with your existing password and click on your name on the menu above right and then on “Change password“.
If you have forgot your password you can request a temporary password, which you can change to a new password within 10 days. After that, the temporary password will expire. You can change your password at any time and should do so every now and then.
Just click on the link “Forgotten password?”
Do not select passwords that are easy to guess, like names, words from dictionaries, licence numbers, birthdays, or the like. Try to combine lower and upper case letters, numbers, and special characters (like %, &, !, * etc).
Your password needs at least one character of the following categories: uppercase letters, lowercase letters and digits, in addition is has to be between 8 and 20 characters.
What is a temporary password??
When you open a new account or when you order a new password by clicking “Forgotten password?”, Swizzonic will not mail you an existing or long-term valid password, but only a temporary password for security reasons. As the name suggests, the temporary password is only valid for a certain amount of time (max. 10 days). That’s why you are asked to change your password when you log in with a temporary password.
When you open a new account you will receive the temporary password to your e-mail (main address) indicated in your account. If you order your password by “Forgotten password?” you are able to choose the channel. Please change the temporary password immediately after receiving the message to a password chosen by you. Follow the instructions in the message.
I have forgotten my password: How can I request a new one?
To request a new password you have to do as follows:
- Go to www.swizzonic.ch
- Click on “Forgotten Password”
- Inert your User-ID and search for your account
- Select your user account and choose your channel and then click on “Send password”
- Your password will be sent to your chosen channel
Please note that the password you will be sent is only temporary and will have to be changed immediately.
Please choose a custom password (Important password information). Avoid passwords that can easily be guessed, since User ID information/products can be changed via your user account. DO NOT tell anyone your password.
