Receiving of bill long before renewal of subscription period – invoice process

By receiving your bill 54 days in advance, we allow you enough time to terminate your subscription. The notice period ends 35 days before the end of your subscription period.

Furthermore we allow you plenty of time to pay your bill. The two reminders, the first being free of charge and the second being liable to cost, we send you to ensure a punctual payment of your bill.

If the bill has not been payed on the last day of your subscription period, the registry will automatically delete all of your DOMAINs and hosting products. A reactivation of said products is not only very time consuming but also extremely costly.
