Ways of sending invoices

When will which invoice be sent?

Invoice status Mode of dispatch
Invoice E-Mail or paper invoice (for an extra fee)* depending on your settings in your user account
1. Reminder Invoice dispatch by post for residents of Switzerland*
2. Reminder E-Mail (including contribution towards expenses)

* Customers with their domicile abroad will only get email invoices

E-Mail as a signed PDF

Invoices are always sent by e-mail as a signed PDF. On request, invoices can also be sent on paper to clients domiciled in Switzerland/Liechtenstein for an additional fee

Paper invoice for an additional fee

If you want to only receive free PDF invoices via email, you can change those settings in your user account. Please log in under and go to “Account Information” > “Address and password” and untick the box that says “I want to receive all my invoices per letter post on paper paying a fee of 3 CHF per invoice instead of receiving a free PDF invoice by e-mail.”
