My website is unavailable, why? (Domain is inactive)

In order for a domain to be displayed in the browser, certain requirements must be met:

Does the domain have the correct name server entries and are they active?

    • While assigning products, you can use the Swizzonic name servers directly on the right. The Swizzonic name servers can also be set retrospectively on this page.
    • The “edit” button is not visible in the DOMAIN-Manager? Probably the DOMAIN is not paid yet. Entering the name servers is only released after the invoice has been posted.<>/li>

You are using an external hosting and the name servers of the external provider are correct? The delegation of the name servers after the first entry / after a change can take up to 24 hours. If the name servers are correctly visible in WHOIS after this period, please contact your hosting partner. They will be able to help you.
