The User ID is a numerical user ID and gives you access to your user account in combination ith your password. The User ID is automatically assigned to you and cannot be changed.

Can I delete my account?
This function is not aailable for you due to regulatory restrictions. Please contact us by telephone (0848 69 69 69) or e-mail. in order to archive your user account.
Why does Swizzonic need my address and additional contact details?
Swizzonic needs your current contact details so that you, as the contractual partner, can be clearly identified, either in connection with a DOMAIN or a hosting product.
Furthermore, Swizzonic uses these data to be able to mail you information and bills. Due to missing or inaccurate data, important messages or bills cannot be mailed to you. That results in the blocking of your account or a service is no longer available. For this reason, please keep your contact details always current.
If you are the holder of a DOMAIN, your name or postal address will be published in the “DOMAIN Search” (the Whois).
