General
- In your “Hosting Control Panel” click onto “ADMINISTER MY ACCOUNT“
- On the next page you will be able to change your contact details
Exceptions:
- In a private account, the holder can only be changed by changing the holder. (see Transfer Domains)
- In a company account, the company name or commercial register number can only be changed by Customer Care if this can be seen in the commercial register. Alternatively, a change of holder would be necessary (see Transfer Domains)
- In the event of a divorce or after marriage, a certificate is required, which can be sent to our Customer Care. (E-Mail)
- In case of a typo for companies or holder names that cannot be adjusted manually, it is recommended to open a new user account with the correct information and, if necessary, to transfer existing domains by changing the holder.
In order to hand over the administration of your DOMAINs, your website or your email accounts to your technical administrator you will have to go to www.swizzonic.ch and then log in using your User-ID and password.

- At the top right of your user account, click onto your name and then the item “TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR”
- to add a (new) technical administrator, click onto the button “add technical administrator >>” and enter the User-ID of your desired administrator
The holder of the entered user will then receive an email. After having clicked onto the link in said email, the User-ID will automatically be added as a technical administrator in your account.
If you want to add a different technical administrator or you want to delete an existing one, you can do so on that same page.
IMPORTANT: A technical administrator added by you will be able to support you with any technical questions. The technical administrator will have access to your user account with the following rights: register DOMAINs, administer DOMAINS (i.e. change name servers), transfer DOMAINs to Swizzonic, order WEB & MAIL, administer or delete WEB & MAIL or assign DOMAINs to different hosting products.

- On the home page of your “Hosting Control Panel” click onto the picture “Administer“. You will find the same function on the “DOMAIN-ADMIN” page.
- Click onto “edit” in the line of the desired DOMAIN
- In the tab “Transfer to a different registrar” you can click onto “generate” to get the authentification code needed for the transfer.
- On the home page of your “Hosting Control Panel” click onto the picture “Administer“. You will find the same function on the “DOMAIN-ADMIN” page.
- Click onto “edit” in the line of the desired DOMAIN and then “Modify Name Servers” to modify the name servers of just one DOMAIN.
- If you wish to modify the name servers of more than one DOMAIN at once, please tick the checkboxes of all the desired DOMAINs and then go to “Modify Name Servers“. That way the name servers of all the selected DOMAINs will be changed in one go.
